We're a small team. Replies come from actual humans, not a ticketing bot.
Email (fastest)
support@bailar.site — we usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Contact page
/contact — quick links to the right inbox (general support, press, DMCA, account deletion, security), each opening in your own mail app.
In-app
Profile tab → Settings → Help & Support. Contact Support emails us directly, and Report a Bug pre-fills your app version, build number, and device info in the email body so we can diagnose faster.
What to include
For fastest help, tell us:
- What you were trying to do
- What actually happened (ideally a screenshot)
- Your device + app version — the Help & Support screen shows both under its About section, or just use Report a Bug and they're pre-filled
When we're slower
Weekends, holidays, and the week after a big congress we sometimes run a day or two behind. Urgent account issues (can't sign in, charged twice) get prioritized regardless.
